How to make a telemedicine appointment
WE DO NOT TEST, DIAGNOSE OR TREAT COVID-19. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, PROCEED TO NEAREST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM OR URGENT CARE CLINIC).
1. If you don’t already have an appointment scheduled (new work injuries):
If you feel that your condition can be treated by a video visit:
Please obtain treatment authorization form your supervisor and e-mail it to: workstatusIrvine@procareworkcomp.com
or text the image of the authorization to 949-300-5255.
2. Call 916-965-2333 and let the operator know that you need to schedule appointment with a ProCare Work Injury Center provider. Please save this number in your phone as “ProCare Appointments Coordinator”, so you will recognize this number for follow-up appointments. Based on your preference, we will send you a text or email with a link which will guide you through the process of establishing a telemedicine appointment.
If you already have an appointment (existing work injuries):
You will receive a phone call 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment from 916-965-2333. Please save this number in your phone as “ProCare Appointments Coordinator”, so you will recognize this number. If the coordinator is not able to reach you by phone, they will text you. Please call them back immediately to allow sufficient time to set-up the video visit with a ProCare provider.
For all clinical visits requiring on-site treatment:
